This is a beautifully detailed replica of a helmet-shaped lantern from the Imperial French Guard (Second Empire). It is completely handmade using classic French Tole techniques and features a hand-applied and distressed red lacquer finish for an authentic antique look. Its lovely floral artwork and Acanthus detailing is hand painted. Please note that this is not an electrical fixture. Handmade. Antiqued, distressed red and gold finish. Wrought iron, tin, and glass construction. Takes one taper style candle (not included). 24 1/4" high. 13 1/4" wide. 13 1/4" deep.
