A stately image projects from this clock featuring a swan's neck pediment with embossed rosettes, a turned finial sits atop an intricately carved leaf overlay, and raised exotic crotch mahogany accents on the crown. Finished in a Glen Arbor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers, attention is drawn to the large reeded posts with individual hand carved top and mid caps that gracefully frame the clock's dial. A mirrored case back and an interior light generate a prism of colors through a lyre pendulum. A decorative matching crystal glass also graces the center of the clock's dial, which features a functioning astrological lunar calendar with pierced stars, which twinkles in the night from an interior light. The dial also displays raised Arabic numerals and pierced corner spandrels, framed with raised castings.
